■ How to Make an Inquiry
Please contact us from within the app via the following steps:
① Tap the in-game Menu button, and then select Misc. From the Misc. menu, select Customer Support.
② Select Inquiries at the bottom of the FAQ page.
③ Tap Contact Support.
Note: You can also contact us via Customer Support by tapping the Main Menu button in the upper left of the title screen.
If you cannot make an Inquiry from within the app, please select Support at the bottom of the FAQ page of the official website (https://faq.ac-pocketcamp.com/hc).
■ How to Check a Response
Please check the Response to your Inquiry from within the app via the following steps:
Note: If you haven't received a notification, please wait for a Response.
① Tap the in-game Menu button, and then select Misc. From the Misc. menu, select Customer Support.
② Select Inquiries at the bottom of the FAQ page.
③ Tap on the Inquiry you wish to check.
If you've submitted your Inquiry via e-mail, please check the e-mail inbox of the address you used to send the Inquiry.
Note: If you haven't received a Response, please check the spam folder within your e-mail inbox.
