Pocket Camp Club benefits are registered to the Google Account you used to subscribe to a plan.
If the save data and Google Account from when you joined the Pocket Camp Club are different, an error message stating "data from when you joined the Pocket Camp Club does not match current data" (Support code: 802-1-01A-06D-037) will display.
- Check that the Google Account you are currently logged in with and the Google Account you used to pay when you joined the Pocket Camp Club match.
- Check that your current save data and the save data from when you joined the Pocket Camp Club match.
Once you've checked the points above, you can try to resolve this issue by attempting to Restore Pocket Camp Club Data Settings.

■ How to Check if Your Google Account Is Subscribed to the Pocket Camp Club:
① Open the Google Play Store on your smart device.
② Tap the Google Account profile icon in the upper-right corner of the Play Store.
③ Tap Payments and Subscriptions.
④ Tap Subscriptions.
Note: If Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is displayed under Payments and Subscriptions, then you are logged in with the Google Account you used to join the Pocket Camp Club. Your display and options may differ depending on what version of Android OS you are currently using.
