Pocket Camp Club benefits are registered to the Apple ID you used to subscribe to a plan.
If the save data and Apple ID from when you joined the Pocket Camp Club are different, an error message stating "data from when you joined the Pocket Camp Club does not match current data" (Support code: 802-0-01A-06D-037) will display.
- Check that the Apple ID you are currently logged in with and the Apple ID you used to pay when you joined the Pocket Camp Club match.
- Check that your current save data and the save data from when you joined the Pocket Camp Club match.
Once you've checked the points above, you can try to resolve this issue by attempting to Restore Pocket Camp Club Data Settings.

■ How to Check if Your Apple ID Is Subscribed to the Pocket Camp Club:
① Go to the App Store on your smart device.
② Tap the round icon in the upper-right corner of the App Store.
③ Tap Subscriptions.
④ Tap Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp.
Note: If the Cancel Subscription button is displayed, then you are logged in with the Apple ID you used to join the Pocket Camp Club. Your display and options may differ depending on what version of iOS you are currently using.
