Cautions for Transferring Save Data

When transferring save data, please be careful of the following point.

• Items in your Mailbox cannot be transferred to Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete. Please be sure to pick them up before the end of online service.
  
  
• You will need to link your Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp save data to your Nintendo Account in order to transfer it to Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete.

• When transferring save data, you will need your Nintendo Account info such as your email address and password.
  
  
• There are some items and data that cannot be transferred even if you are linked to your Nintendo Account.

• Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp save data can be transferred to Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete until 11:00 p.m. PT on June 1st, 2025.
  
  
• Even if you uninstalled Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, you can transfer your data to Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete if it is linked to a Nintendo Account.
  
  
• Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp and Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete are different apps, so the app will not switch from one to the other.
  In order to play Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete, you will need to purchase it.
  You will need to purchase Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete from the store linked to your smart device's operating system in order to play it.
  
  
• In Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete, you will no longer be able share your save data with other devices through linking it to the Nintendo Account like in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp.
  However, in the occasion of a device change, it is possible to temporarily store save data and transfer it to a different device.
  
  
• Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete save data is saved to a device. Therefore if you delete the app, save data will also be deleted, so please be careful.
