If you cannot use Pocket Camp Club features after updating or reinstalling the app, the following may be the reason.
Even if you've (previously) updated your Apple ID, your account information in the cache of your device was maintained and you were able to keep using Pocket Camp Club features. However, the cache is cleared when you update the app, etc. This could prevent you from being able to use Pocket Camp Club features whether you have updated your Apple ID or not. |
* What is cache? Cache is data/content that has been loaded once and is stored temporarily in order to load it quickly.

■ How to resolve
① Be sure you're logged in with the Apple ID you used to join the Pocket Camp Club.
② Check that your Nintendo Account has been linked.

From the in-app Menu, go to Settings, then Nintendo Account Management.
* If Link Nintendo Account is displayed, you have not linked your Nintendo Account.

Please see I want to link my Nintendo Account to Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp for information on how to link your Nintendo Account. Once you have linked your Nintendo Account, please proceed to ④.
④ Once you've confirmed your linked Nintendo Account data, re-install the app.
* Please do this after confirming your linked Nintendo Account data.
* You will not be able to transfer save data if your Nintendo Account is not linked or you have forgotten your linked Nintendo Account data.
