Explanation
Many of the cases that fall under this category occur when multiple Apple IDs are created and used due to creating a new Apple ID, etc. The issue is caused by logging in or installing an app using a different Apple ID than the one used to enroll in the Pocket Camp Club.

① Be sure you're logged in with the Apple ID you used to join the Pocket Camp Club.
② Check that your Nintendo Account has been linked.

Q. When I joined the Pocket Camp Club with my child's save data (device), I could no longer use Pocket Camp Club features with my own save data.
Points to check
・ Make sure you're not using a single Apple ID on multiple devices.
Explanation
You can join the Pocket Camp Club with only one save data per one Apple ID.
Therefore, if you attempt to join the Pocket Camp Club on a different device (save data) with an Apple ID already joined to the Pocket Camp Club, your membership rights will be transferred and you will be unable to use Pocket Camp Club features on your original save data.
Or, if you've used Restore Pocket Camp Club Data Settings on a different device (save data), your Pocket Camp Club membership rights will be transferred.
If your Pocket Camp Club membership rights have been transferred, it will not be possible to re-transfer from the destination saved data to other saved data (including the original saved data) for a set period of time.

① Use Restore Pocket Camp Club Data Settings via the save data with which you want to join the Pocket Camp Club.
