About the Pocket Camp Club System
Subscription to the Pocket Camp Club is tied to the Apple ID you joined the plan with, not the app save data.
Therefore, the following conditions must be met in order to use the Pocket Camp Club service:
- The Apple ID you joined with must be selected in the App Store.
- The app must be installed while the Apple ID you joined with is selected in the App Store.
If the Apple ID used when you installed the app and the Apple ID used when you joined the Pocket Camp Club are the same, you will be able to use Pocket Camp Club features. |
* As Pocket Camp Club membership rights are tied to your Apple ID, please note that your Apple ID is not compatible with operating systems other than iOS, and rights cannot be transferred across operating systems.
When You Are Unable to Use Pocket Camp Club Features
If you cannot use the Pocket Camp Club features even during your membership's validity period, your Apple ID membership data may not be properly linked to your save data.
This may be caused by the following reasons:
- The Apple ID selected in the App Store may differ from the Apple ID with which you joined the Pocket Camp Club.
- The Apple ID selected in the App Store may differ from the Apple ID used to install the app.

If the Apple ID used when you installed the app and the Apple ID used when you joined the Pocket Camp Club are different, you will not be able to use Pocket Camp Club features. |
Pocket Camp Club membership rights
You can only join the Pocket Camp Club with one save data per one Apple ID.
If you wish to join the Pocket Camp Club with multiple save data, you must use multiple Apple IDs.
If you attempt to join the Pocket Camp Club with a different save data or attempt to Restore Pocket Camp Club Settings using an Apple ID you've already joined the Pocket Camp Club with, your Pocket Camp Club membership rights will be transferred.
If your membership rights maintained in save data A are transferred to save data B, you will no longer be able to use Pocket Camp Club features with save data A. |
If your Pocket Camp Club membership rights were transferred to another save data, you will temporarily be unable to re-transfer them from that save data to another save data (including the original save data) for a certain period of time.
If the rights have been transferred, they temporarily cannot be re-transferred for a certain period of time. |
Please be careful if you are using one Apple ID on multiple devices.

- You are playing on multiple devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) with different save data.
- You are using one Apple ID on multiple devices in order to pay together as a family.
- You've given a device you used in the past to a family member with your Apple ID still logged in.
If any of the aforementioned issues occur, you can attempt to return membership rights to your original save data by using Restore Pocket Camp Club Settings after the period during which you cannot transfer is over.
